Based on the horrible experience I’ve been forced to endure at one of their “luxury” properties, I cannot recommend anyone live at a property they manage. While they have excellent websites full of stock imagery, photoshopped photographs, and marketing materials for their properties they simply do not deliver on luxury, community, or safety. They do not care about their tenants and simply do not do good business. Their only concern is taking as much money from residents for as long as possible until they move out and they can find the next family or individual to victimize. Don’t take my word for it. All you have to do is read the reviews left by the actual tenants and you will see very quickly how bad things truly are under their management.
