We met Matt Foster back in September and were very glad we did! With a newborn baby, both of us working full time and 3 cats our lives are quite busy but that was no problem for Matt. We had a very tight schedule and Matt made sure to respect and work with it! Matt was also very available at all times of the day, even weekends and never made it feel like we were bothering him! This made our home buying and selling process extremely smooth and easy! Matt made sure to communicate every, and I mean every, little detail that would happen between the buying and selling of our homes which made us feel extremely comfortable and see to ensure everything was on track and going smoothly. He made sure while we were buying and selling that our ducks were in a row with rent backs, contingencies, etc. and were never left homeless!
