This is the company that Mark Gaxiola hides behind for a good reputation. I would recommend stopping in for a visit to his office before you higher him. Meet him face to face so you can see his level of organization. I wish I had. Also remember to get it in writing that you will want your CAD files after he is paid in full and don't let him keep your retainer for things that could come up with the county. He will mostly likely keep both and refuse to give you either. I am guessing with the way that he handled me this wasn't his first doing this to someone.
