Beware! Do NOT rent from them. They use to be great until new office management came in a couple years ago. I would get my lease renewal letters yearly. When new management came in they magically raised my rent over 20% without notice and all they said was well we mailed it. You would think if I have to sign it and return it they would have realized it was missing. No effort to tape it to my door or call. Nope. Don’t worry though, if they aren’t increasing it one year you do manage to get that one in the mail!

Moved out in 2022. Just got a collections notice that I owe them money for replacing fixtures that we never even had in the apartment as well as other excessive charges. Nobody is willing to talk to me about it.

We originally were promised an updated apartment, and then we were shuffled into an old, outdated apartment at the last moment. Conveniently enough, everything needed updated and we were the unfortunate souls to get it stuck to us. Not to mention the black mold we reported several times with no response.

If you decide to live here, be willing to pay for whatever they decide they want to update after you’re long gone.

Thieves and liars! If you ever tell them something is wrong with the apartment or property, they won't take care of it. We kept our apartment clean, and my wife vacuumed 4-5 times a week, but they still took out $195 for carpet cleaning. They also charged us repair costs for things that were broken when we moved in (I have picture proof). Additionally, we had our baby 2 weeks before our lease was up and I just need 10 more days before graduating from UCA. They didn't care and told us we needed to be out of the apartment. We even stated we'd pay the month's rent, but they didn't care. They don't care about their tenants, but only money! Rent was raised 200+ dollars in 2 years since we moved in. I would NOT recommend this place! Find somewhere else or you'll be disappointed and robbed!

Rent there for a whole year, very quick to get us in but once we were there we tried calling on different occasions and never once got a return call for any of our voicemails. We had an infestation of ants in our couch one morning that came in through the front door or front window, kept getting water roaches coming through the back door/drier vent, the light to the over blew and we contacted them, and when we moved out in December 1st , we moved out we contacted them and they said our security deposit would be in the mail in the next 2 weeks, we’ve been waiting and calling back but nobody will answer the phone…

We rented from Massey Properties for one year and had a pleasantly positive experience! We bought a house or we would continue to rent from them. Tiffany was always quick to respond to any need and very reasonable and flexible. It was a very professional company to work with, and their rules were very reasonable, as well as the pricing. We loved our duplex. It was in great shape and if repairs were needed, they were decently quick to repair! Definitely would recommend renting from them!!

Fantastic place to rent from! I’ll be so sad when I have to move. Excellent location and very reasonably priced. Tiffani in the office is so kind and helpful, and she really goes the extra mile to work with you and make your living experience pleasant. The office is just down to road so it’s super easy to get in touch. Maintenance is nice and does a great job. Apartments have a nice mix of students, young families, and older folk. Cozy and safe. No college student nonsense or obnoxious neighbors. Would definitely recommend!

I put in an application when they had apartments available. I kept tabs and kept checking because I was in the process of a job transfer and I was needing an apartment asap. Well , long story short .. they kept rejecting my calls and emails. The lady was nice and said “I’ll let Mr. Greg know” then after that, they started ignoring me. My calls weren’t going through anymore and til this day I still haven’t heard anything! Luckily I found another apartment.

And last thing, they did not offer me a fee back, nor did they tell me who was on vacation because they were in the office answering phone calls. Very unprofessional to not tell the truth.

I have enjoyed all my time at Landis Hollow! Tiffani and the staff is very kind and responsive and helpful. The application process was simple and easy and we were able to view our actual unit before renting it. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient. The price is basically unbeatable.
