Highly recommend Martin. We were purchasing in Sedona from out of state, so having a good, trustworthy agent on the ground was extra critical. With Martin's guidance on pricing strategy, we were able to get an offer accepted below asking price. Even though the seller said he wouldn't be giving us any additional concessions during the inspection period, Martin helped negotiate nearly $7k in concessions for us anyway! When we experienced some issues with our appraisal, Martin guided us through the process and everything ended up worked out.

Martin is detail-oriented and extremely knowledgeable about Sedona and short-term rentals. Our property is a fixer upper, so our inspection report came back with a number of issues and Martin was able to explain the issues to me and even provide estimates on repair costs— many agents aren't able to do this and will often just defer to general contractors, so I was particularly impressed at how knowledgeable Martin is about property renovations. It's clear that Martin has a lot of experience with renovating his own properties, and I really appreciated hearing his vision for what our property could be.
