They answered the phone, made an appointment very quickly for an estimate which was provided on the same day and without charge, allowed me to pay over the phone and book my service within a week, and the price was reasonable. After an initial positive experience, I have now had 3 appointments canceled less than 24h before the electrician was due to arrive - despite paying for the $365 membership meant to ensure prompt priority service - each time unapologetically rescheduled a week or more out, only to be canceled again.

We had a room addition added on to our home 8 years ago and the Contractors electrition had run wires from the circuit breaker to the room for outlets and an exhaust fan. We had used one outlet closest to door that had worked fine,however when we went to use outlets on the opposite walls they did not work. Markarian Electric replied the first day to my request and sent someone the next day. Chris was very polite, had mask on and added shoe covers before entering my home. He took a quick look at the outlets in the room then asked to review our Electrical Panel Box. He said he would check each one for a loose wire. He clarified if he had to do an in depth investigation for damaged or cut wire he would come back another day with a tool to identify where the wire might be cut/damaged and may have to send a new wire from the Electrical Panel and gave me estimate for various scenarios. Luckily for us it was a couple of loose or unconnected wires and he took care of it and demonstrated that everything was now working. I was so very pleased and released with the outcome. I found Chris to exemplify honesty, professionalism, great knowledge, excellent communication, cleanliness and most of all kindness. I would not hesitate to call Markarian Electric again and refer to friends and neighbors. Pictures are of Sunporch where exhaust fan and electric outlets were reviewed and repaired.
