I’ve really enjoyed working with Mark to design an ADU and design a new fireplace wall in my 1927 storybook tudor in East Sac. I absolutely love that he starts with a hand-drawn sketch that we collaborate on then provides detailed CAD drawings for my contractor. He listens powerfully and carefully and turns my long list of wants, which can be contradictory and confusing, into an elegant design that is both functional and beautiful. I’ve been so pleased with both projects. He also connected me with the most amazing contractors to do the work and knows all the great resources for selecting finishes.

Mark was great to work with, he is very reliable, upfront and knowledgeable about design and design function. His ability to take my design wishes, improve on them was truly amazing. We purchased an older home (1927) in mid-2018. Through luck, we found Mark. He was absolutely wonderful in helping us to see how we could improve the layout and functionality of our home. His design made our home much more livable with increased storage, better flow, and modern amenities. He was very easy to work with.
