The worst! He took over four months to complete our drawings, then the city did not accept them and he had to redo them, so that took another two months. Therefore, I only paid him half of his fee as he held up my project for 6 months. So he sued me in small claims court. He actually had two people in court that day, so he is better at suing people then at completing drawings. Do not use this clown.

Horrible. Joe takes forever to do your plans. He took over 6 months to do a simple set of plans that he said would be done in two or three weeks. Then when the city needed more info, he took 5 more weeks to get them the updates. Do yourself a favor and use someone who has a better turn around time.

Terrible service. He takes forever. He does not listen and does not pay attention to detail. When you finally get fed up waiting or decide to go elsewhere, he will sue you. He sued me and had 3 other cases on the same day in Small Claims court. BEWARE!

Awful. Takes forever. Promises 6 weeks, takes 6 months. Then has to redo the plans to get them approved, comes to measure twice, asks the same questions over and over. if you're looking for slow Joe Mark is the man.
