A friend of mine referred Marite to me and I'm so glad she did!!! By far the BEST realtor I've used! First let me start by saying she has such a wonderful personality, she always kept in contact with me and you could definitely tell she genuinely cared about me and wanted nothing but a smooth transaction, I was moving back to Hawaii and as you can imagine it's a much more difficult move than most, Marite put my house on the market on Friday and by Monday I had 6 offers for over asking price and actually closed with the highest comp in my area! If you are selling or buying and want a knowledgeable realtor that's always in your corner Marite is DEFINITELY the one you want I promise and you'll thank me later, I'm now happy in Hawaii and made it back for the holidays.
