I had a leak in my kitchen in February and a friend had suggested Maple Avenue construction for my remodel. She had her kitchen redone by them and it turned out great. From the first time I met Jonathan Clark I was very impressed. He is so personable and very professional at the same time. He kept my job moving forward in a timely manner, which I appreciated so much because I had been without a working kitchen for so long. All of the trades workers where just as amazing. They came on time and they did such quality work and I always felt comfortable with any of them in my home. The finished product is so beautiful and I feel like I have my dream kitchen. I would highly recommend Maple Avenue for any remodel and I will definitively use them again! They are very kind people and know their jobs very well and the work is done impeccably

Maple Avenue did a fantastic job on our cabinets! Jon came by to measure everything and offered professional and honest advice about my “dream kitchen”. He helped point me in the right direction as far as kitchen layout and design and what works best here and there. This was the insight that I needed to bring me back to reality with my space and more importantly my budget. He helped me design the kitchen that I’ve always wanted. Conrad, the installer did a great job. He was very passionate about cabinetry and wood work and it was fun to watch. I showed the guys a picture of two things that were important to me, open shelving and a custom hood. They made sure that we got both of those taken care of and that we were always on the same page to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned. They definitely did not disappoint. They were professional, honest, and kept to the projected timeline.

The hood is absolutely gorgeous and is the focal point that everyone has to brag on in our newly remodeled home. We are so pleased with our kitchen and would recommend using Maple Avenue to everyone!!!

We can’t speak highly enough of Maple Avenue Construction. We hired them to do a kitchen for our historic home. Some parts of the job we knew exactly what we wanted, but for other items we need some inspiration, and Jon delivered. He has some great ideas and his crews are really great at what they do. The little details are really important to us, things others wouldn’t see we knew would be a problem and Jon and his crew made sure to make sure every little detail was done correctly. We definitely recommend Maple Avenue to all our friends and would be happy to use them for future remodels.

Jon with Maple Avenue Construction is an absolute dream to work with. We chose Jon for our kitchen remodel and is was the best decision we could have made. This was our first major remodel and he made us feel comfortable every step of the way. He always made sure we were in the loop of what was happening. He gave advice that elevated the results of the remodel. The results were everything I could have hoped for and more. I have the kitchen of my dreams! They also redid our fireplace and made custom shelving. The whole space is beautiful and perfect. Jon went to bat for us when we hired someone to clean ourl floors and damaged some of the finishes in the kitchen. Every single person who came into our home was top notch and we felt very comfortable with everyone we met. Conrad is Jon’s right hand man and does amazing, amazing work and deserves a shout out! We chose Maple Avenue Construction because, yes they do great work. But the bigger reason was because we could tell instantly Jon was a good person. Jon and his team are truly special. We have been wanting to do our kitchen remodel for over a year. I kept meeting with people until finally I met Jon. He was so professional, personable and experienced. He immediately made me feel comfortable with this large project. Jonathan and Maple Avenue Construction were amazing. We had an extremely tight timeline for our kitchen remodel (three weeks!) and Jon made it happen!

I've built three custom homes, so I know that contractors don't always deliver on their promises. This was never the case with Maple Avenue. Communication was always prompt and contractors were on the job site when scheduled. Jon was quick to answer any questions I had.

The kitchen turned out beautifully and I will be using Maple Avenue for any future remodels. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jon, Conrad, and all subs contracted by Maple Avenue Construction. We started the process of undergoing an extensive remodel of our kitchen, 2.5 baths, laundry, and flooring in late summer 2020. Some of this work was quite extensive - walls and soffits removed, pipes rerouted, electrical rewired, windows added. Throughout the process, Jon thoughtfully stuck to our budget and timeline (the latter being SO important since we lived in the house throughout and even had children digital learning from home). Jon also worked hard to honor my vision while balancing the real-life constraints of lead time, space allocations, and cost. In all, Jon/Maple Ave helped us achieve beautiful, functional spaces that enhance our lives on a daily basis. Could not recommend more enthusiastically!
