Can not rant and rave about Manny enough. He is very attentive, patient, available, dedicated, reliable, the list goes on and on. He has worked effortlessly for us these past 2 years, without one complaint and in the drop of a hat he was available. Manny sold my house. He intentionally listed it on a day that typically doesn’t get lots of new listings to gain traffic. He held an open house 2 days later, with so much foot traffic the entire block was full. My house sold that day at a much higher price than I expected! It was a smooth, simple process and he took care of all the details. This was the first time selling and buying was easy, this was my 4th home.
