After just under 2.5 years of owning a brand new mallard home, we are fed up. We have had problem after problem that mallard has been reluctant and slow to remedy. They made us wait WEEKS to get a roof issue fixed that was allowing water to leak into our home, they snapped off a piece of our siding when fixing a second water issue and never came back to fix it when they stated they would, and continue to deny an issue with spalling concrete that is less than 3 years old despite multiple members of the community reaching out to them regarding the issue. They claim to build quality homes when they actually build extremely cheap homes to make a quick buck. They were extremely inconsistent with the materials they used during construction throughout the community. They’re an extremely irresponsible and cheap builder.

This group went above and beyond for my family and couldn’t have made the whole house buying process and more easy. We have been in our new home for 3+ months now and we couldn’t be happier with the crew in the Mallard home office. Thank you Lisa and Victoria. Leslie was wonderful and kept us informed every step along the way!
