Main Street homes don’t fix all the request I make over my first year, they have to replace the master bathroom tile, come for few times to check and the respond to my emails was I have to deal with the floor company my self.
When you sign the contract they promise you 1 year warranty, you have to please them to do something for me.the kitchen counter is coming off the wall they used grout filler to fix the problem but steal the same after few months. I DONT RECOMMEND TO BUY HOMES FROM MAIN STREET

We bought a "new build - quick move in" house, so we didn't have to make any decisions about decor (which was great). Alyda Jones was our sales representative and she is awesome! She is so very helpful and understanding. She answered my many email questions quickly and explained everything so we could understand. Main Street Homes has been a joy to work with!

UPDATE!! We recently just went through the interior design process of our new home build, and signed off on our design selections! Our Designer, Kelly West, was absolutely amazing to work with and made the process so much fun!! Collaborating with her on interior design selections and ideas was by far the best part of the process! Her personality is infectious, and her sense of style is timeless. We can not wait to see the final look of our home come to life!

PREVIOUS REVIEW: We are currently in the process of designing our 2nd home and the experience has been absolutely amazing. Jason Burrows, at the Tuckmar Farm location, is so knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and has made this journey so easy for us. He is a pleasure to work with and his communication is great. We couldn’t be happier right now with the process and are super excited to see our new home take shape!

First off, Kristina with Cypress Glenn and Boschen Woods is amazing. She was knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process. I would 100% work with her again! She never hesitated to answer our questions and put our mind at ease during this process.

I want to also shout out Chip Pope! He was absolutely fantastic. With his great attention to detail he made sure that we were built a home that exceeded all of our expectations. The time and dedication he put into our project went above and beyond. He gets 10 stars in my book for the work he did and the assistance he gave us at closing with finishing up a few things.

We are now moved in and ready to build some amazing memories in our new Main Street Home!

My family and I are currently building our first home now and while the contractor Bart and Kelly the designer have been completely professional and forth coming , the rest of Main Street homes have been a disappointment . I have never dealt with such unprofessional and uncaring individuals. For example we have had several issues come up that we have had concerns over during our build. We apparently ask and send to many email to them. I was told the sales department contractually will only answer your questions once a week during your build; even though they state they will handle all correspondence and questions for you. There also has been a high turnover rate which leads to lack of communication or who even is still employed there.

When they asked me to leave an interval review on my experience so far, I mentioned my experience and concerns . Because I didn’t leave a five star review for them, the people from the home office called me and was combative on the phone immediately. I could not even get a word in edgewise to express my concerns or experience. You think one would take the time to ask why I felt the way and how they could make it a better experience. When building a home for your family, your home, the experience should not be tarnished by poor customer service and being talked down to as direct representatives for the company have done with us. When sent an internal review and taking our time to respond, our concerns were not heard; rather, the representative who should’ve been addressing my concerns took the time to downplay my concerns and disrespect me and my family. She told me to stop speaking to my fiancé! He was asking me what was going on because he could see I was agitated and clearly upset during the phone call.

What prompted me to leave this review today is the poor treatment that I received from the company’s representative in regards to my internal evaluation. Rather than trying to resolve my concerns or even listen to what I had to say the representative took that time to berate me. She was argumentative from the start and did not even want to let me get a word in the conversation. Am I the customer?

Unacceptable.

Update : Closed on the house 4 months ago and the house is still not completed ! Save your money and your time . We have had to call to get the screens for the windows even! Multiple weekly calls and emails since we have closed to get the “punch items” finished and repaired have gone no where. No one seems to call me back after multiple attempts or care to get things completed. They are always on vacation or off is their excuse. Still waiting for the microwave I ordered last year with no update from them. Also my doors are uneven and the paint job looks like it was done during Happy Hour. Truly inept and unprofessional company.
