We rented from Magnolia Rental & Sales for my daughter’s wedding and they were wonderful. We explained where we were having the wedding and what we wanted and they explained what we’d need. They were right. We got a tent, fans, lighting, cooking, bathrooms, tables, chairs, tablecloths, a bar and other things they knew we’d need. Most importantly, a generator, because a storm knocked out power. Everything was so well done, we were only doing this once and we wanted to do it right. We did.

Do NOT trust this company. The workers are aware of the foul play that goes on at this company & the managers are ok with it. You are paying for an enclosed storage unit but the gate is always open. The cameras don’t work allowing anything to happen to your belongings without notice. I would not recommend ! It’s a reason they have so many open units.

Do not use this company for your storage unit. The employees are stealers and will steal out of your storage. The company will false lock your storage before date to go and steal and use not having insurance as an excuse to steal. DO NOT USE SERVICE WITH THEM. They will commit burglary on your unit and act stupid .

It's not the same as it was. Th new management is very unreliable and difficult to deal with. There are plenty of other wedding rental services in town to choose from.

I have use Magnolia plenty of time in the past!! This time I ordered a bouncy for the Fourth of July and it had an issue but I will not blame or bash them!! I want to command them for how they handled the situation. I called the next day and spoke with the manager. The first thing he did was apologize and tried to make it right!! It’s a lot of companies that really doesn’t care about the customers only the money, but I cannot say the same for Magnolia rental!! They were the best and I will be using them again.

Magnolia Rentals was a such pleasure to work with. The weekend of my wife and I’s wedding in Oxford, MS they provided top class decorations/furniture and put everything up without any hiccups. Everything looked incredible and the whole weekend was able to flow smoothly because of their support. Thank you Magnolia!!

Terrible and insulting policy..... I went in to place an order for a small quantity of folding chairs. I wanted to prepay using my credit card. The total order was going to be approximately $70. I was told that I had to provide 2 phone numbers and when I explained that I only had one phone number and my event was a surprise and therefore I did not want to give the number out to anyone attending the surprise, I was told that they could not rent to me. So I asked for an explanation and they just said it was their policy so I left. But then I remembered that I used to know the owner so I called him and asked for an explanation and he told me it was their policy and it was in case I did not return the items, which I found to be very insulting given that I am 65 years old and I have been doing business with this company for over 30 years, with never an issue.
He went on to tell me that he had never had anyone to have a problem with his policy and that he didn't know of any other place that would rent without two phone numbers. I told him to be sure and make a note to himself that he had lost the first customer ever over his policy.
And then I promptly went to Details Rentals and not only was I treated like royalty, but I was only asked for one telephone number and the chairs were actually $1 cheaper per chair so I saved $36!!!!
I will never go back to magnolia rental ever again.

The owner stated one thing over the phone, denied that to the employee, had hidden fees in the contract that were never even mentioned before i was asked for my card. I rented the chairs ELSE WHERE AND had them delivered with a smile for cheaper than this company In Batesville MS was attempting to charge me while yelling at me and shoving a contract in my face that said I'm paying for damages to their chairs whether I damaged them or not. I'm so glad I found another company.
