MADD Assets scammed a lot of land, and sold us land we were not able to do anything with due to an encroachment on our propety. I insisted on getting a title company before purchase, but Devon convinced me that there was no need and there were no issues with the land. knowing all along that the title company would have discovered the faulty lot. To top it off the address we were provided was to a cleared land, that ended up not being the piece we purchased. Devon was misleading and not honest throughout the entire process, do not use this company you will surely regret it

A family owned and ran business. Everybody in the office was so kind. They laid things out very clearly. We absolutely love the property we purchased. Have recommend them to many friends and family. They have all had wonderful experiences as well!

This company sold me and my fiancé a lot in orange city with the neighbor house on a quarter of the lot that he sold us then after we bought the land sent us a site survey we did not know being our first time buying land that we should have gotten a survey done before purchasing the land I have what was sent to us after the lot was purchased and had we know about this encroachment that was on the lot we would not have purchased that lot
