I called and asked for pricing and I was told they would email me that along with information on lending options. I received an email that had zero information on models and pricing and zero information about lending options. I called today and asked again for help with the same needs. I spoke to Tim. It became very unprofessional very quick, he was short fused, talked over me and he was aggressive. When I asked to complain to the supervisor he said there is no one at all and someone would have to call me back. I'm not sure what is going on with this dealership. I will not be doing business here.

This place has some really nice Manufactured homes. Staff are afraid of other human life the way their signage is at front of building. Stay in your car, call the office and someone will come to you... well OK! Great staff though, very knowledgeable.

The sales staff, and in particular, La Von Watkins, was extremely helpful. While we toured the models on the lot, La Von showed us the first model to explain the options, pricing, and requirements, and then left us to see the rest. After viewing the models, La Von was right outside of the office waiting to talk to us, and answer any questions.

Like I said, La Von was never pushy, but was always available for questions.

Although we decided against buying a new manufactured home, I wanted to give a shout out for Darcy!

She has that type of personality that naturally puts people at ease, she kindly and patiently explained our options, she never made us feel rushed or pressured, and she has a great sense of humour. great experience.

My first phone call to them was a follow up from my partner speaking with them and they had no recollection of speaking to him at all the previous day.

I was looking for quotes on the smallest homes they had available and they said they don’t finance small homes. Then why do you sell them? They quoted a larger build at around 400k. Isn’t that what I can buy a regular home for used on Zillow?
I’ve talked to at least 10 other manufactured home companies who gave me advice or pointed me in another direction, this company gave me no advice and couldn’t help me at all. I recommend going to more polite and knowledgeable local companies that will offer a direction if they can’t assist you.

I'm 3 years into living in the home I bought from Ma Williams (manufactured by silvercrest) and its already falling apart. I bought my home in 2020 mid pandemic it was all finalized. I had issue after issue with different things like them delivering the home. I have video of them bringing it in through ungraded open fields that was not the route I signed off on. The speed at which they drove across the bumpy fields was concerning. The was a preplanned route. I even got special permission for them to come through private land that was graded at the cost of my tribe which they also cut back trees for this delivery. Ma Williams did eat the coat of a few things which was appreciated but it was better to loose a few thousand dollars rather than I cancel the house and they loose almost $500,000. With in the first few months different fixtures started come off. Faucet handles, grab bars, toilet paper holders stuff like that. I call Ma Williams and they'd send someone out to "fix" it. They'd just fall off again and again. My fireplace was a huge problem. I was never given the conversion kit or told I'd have to find my own person to convert it from natural gas to propane. The works came and told me it was already converted the day it was installed. The guy even turned it on. Then it left black burn marks on the walls so then he realized it wasn't. So Ma Williams referred me to a company to convert it but I didn't have a kit. I was told 3 different times by Ma Williams it was ordered and would be delivered to their office. A year went by and I never received the kit. It got to the point after several un returned calls that I need the kit and if I had to go sit in their office and wait for it I would. Only then did they order and ship it to me directly. A whole year I wasn't able to use my fire place through the cold months. The walls are cracking so bad. Almost every wall. The paint is cheap it yellowish. Most of the light switches are broken. All those fixtures that were falling off the first few months are completely off. I had called a month for the 1 year and told them all these things fell off again and was told "Unfortunately you're outside the 1 year warranty so we can't come fix them as it considered normal wear and tear." I was like "They never stayed on for me to actually use them. You guys supposedly fixed them several times and they fell off again, so how is it wear and year when I never got to use them for more then a few months?" Everything is CHEAP that's how. My A/C units (I have 2) Goodman brand (there's lawsuits against them) blew out that first year cost me $600 to get them back up and running. Now last week they both blew out again! AGAIN $600 to get them running and that was the minimum. Several other things need to be replaced and added so that they'll last a couple more years. Total cost $2000. I got 3 estimates and they all said the same issues. That's when I find out about the lawsuits
Ma Williams knew about it and still sold them or brokered them. I didn't get to choose the brands of appliances. Supposedly what I have were upgrades to the base models appliances. I had a lot of upgrades and the appliances are breaking down. My garbage disposal after 1 year. My refrigerator after 1.5 years started having issues. I know some of these issues are because of Silvercrest. The thing is Ma Williams knows and is still working with the terrible delivery company and contractors and subcontractors. The workers used my "supposedly" brand new microwave to cook their lunches hooked up to a battery. There was food exploded inside. I was very upset that they used it without my permission and used it before me in my new home. They sent someone to clean it which was the least they could do. Then the workers left my keys in my door and someone was sleeping in my back room on cardboard. There was barefoot prints everywhere. I was so upset they did that. The outside paint is yellowing so bad. Panels and wood is splitting. If I want these things fixed I have to go through my insurance. Make sure you pick your own companies
