What a waste of $3,250 paying the bank to have this guy appraise my warehouse in the city. He used comps that were all over 1 year old and some that were over 2 years old and 1 hour away from my property with half the traffic count on properties located in rural county areas. He was also 3 weeks late in completing the appraisal as well. Said my building was built in 1955 and it was built in the 1990’s but says they don’t make changes to the appraisal once finished. Overpriced and did a very poor job. What an unfortunate example of how people like this are making money hand over fist taking advantage of the demand in the market not doing quality work.
