If you're saving & having to do project by project (room by room), looking longterm & want a relationship with your go-to, this is not the place.
I inquired about redoing my master bath/bedroom & gave general ideas as to what I'd like to do/add (I did specify my style & my want for black/white checkered tile). The response I received was that, "the budget doesn’t align with what we’d typically require to take on a project of this scope."
Well, we didn't get into specifics & like I said, this was the start, as I'd like to redo my entire home before I move in 3 years so I guess they want to take your money, get in & get out.
Either way, it left a sour taste in my mouth. I advised to state such requirements on their website as to not waste anyone's time.
The reason for the 3 star review is because I suppose your experience can go either way - I wanted to be fair but also give a heads up to others.

Working with luxyspace was such a treat. The designers Christina and Lilit were very thorough and helpful. They took the time to truly understand what I was wanting and were great at explaining why some options would be better than others. They were interested in making my idea come true while making it practical for day to day use. Overall a great experience, will be using them again for future projects. Thanks ladies!
