I met with Kim and she was fantastic at explaining the process with me. So I had renters who had left all sorts of stuff behind. Mostly garbage and clutter along with items no longer wanted. The renters who moved said they would clean but it was explained that they don’t need to bother. Kim made this process very easy and even help accommodate the renters. Kim was kind and it shows through her professional demeanor that she cares.
