We had very bad and unprofessional experience from this company and from Bo Grimes. We signed agreement for property purchase in Ranger GA, but already over a month left from closing date signed from both parties in agreement. Since than everyone went to dark side, realtor do not communicate and ignore our calls and emails. This realtor is a scammer and I would not recommend to deal with this company at all if you don't want to loose your money and time.
Additionally we spent almost 2 thousand dollars on perk test for the land evaluation and paid out of our pocket and this realtor just disappeared.
