Great spot to stay. Friendly and very polite. Easy to communicate with. Clean and tidy, everything in good working order. Will be my absolute go to if in that area for anything in the future.

Most of the posts we read were old.
The best thing about this place is the price. It may have been nice in the past but now it’s just a place to park for the night. The bath house/laundry was locked and we were not given any information about how to get in. There didn’t appear to be any wifi and we had no information about it if there was.
The grounds are unkept and most of the spots have longterm residents. It is quiet and we did have full hookups but it’s very rugged.

We stayed here for a little over a week. The price is very good. The owner is so nice and accommodating. It is a quiet tucked away little place. Clean bathrooms and laundry.

We loved our time in this RV park. Everyone was friendly, the area was quiet, had peaceful views of the horses and the bathrooms were really nice. It was incredibly convenient to have laundry onsite and we got good cell phone reception. The owner is one of a kind, pillar in the community, and you can tell she really cared about keeping the place nice.

Highly recommend making the stop if you can. We stayed for awhile so our family came out and tent camped with us for a week. They enjoyed the tent area.

Absolutely wonderful place to camp! Convenient, clean bathroom and laundry facility located on site as well as friendly, peaceful neighbors which always makes for a comfortable stay. The owner is one of the kindest people we have ever met. We were able to extend our stay, and she was more than accommodating. Great views, close to hiking and the beautiful Sprague River. I've recommended it to family and friends, and would recommend to anyone!

Such a peaceful and beautiful place. Gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Stunning stars at night. Nice people too. We have been here 2 wks and will be here for 2 more. Nice laundry room and bathhouse. We will definitely be coming back.

Have stayed here many times over the years when visiting family and friends. Great facilities, the bathhouse is a very nice addition. Amazing views of Gearhart mountain. Close to great hunting, plenty of fishing, morel and shed hunting spots, there’s really something for everyone. Couldn’t have better owners, extremely friendly and accommodating.

Tired after a days drive and decided to stay for the night based upon the reviews and inexpensive. The owner and people we met were friendly, but the park is in very sad shape. Dogs running loose, junky trailers and trash adorn the park. Even old refrigerators outside of some trailers. Pet owners haven’t picked up after their pets for a long time. I had a difficult time waking our dog with the unleashed dogs becoming bothersome. You can tell this had to have been a beautiful park at one time, but unfortunately not now. (I did email the owner with more particulars)
