Logic has been one of the best property management companies I have worked with. They are transparent, very quick to respond to questions and inquiries. When I first sought interest in my current unit, I was able to view the property, apply, and get approved in a matter of two days. The tenant portal is also so easy to navigate, and makes paying rent and utilities super easy, so I’m a big fan of that. Would absolutely recommended them to a friend. 🙂

I've rented from a few property management companies before and Logic is by far my favorite. The application process was easy and so fast! They were super kind to answer a bunch of questions I had before moving in. I wanted to know what issues the owner would cover and what wouldn't be covered. They were very transparent and helpful. The only negative thing I'd say is the unit was not totally clean when we moved in. My understanding is the property was just transferred to Logic so cleaning could have been missed but I still spend a solid 1.5 days cleaning before moving in. There were a few issues with the unit when we moved in but Logic was so fast to respond and all issues were taken care of. We had a dryer vent issue where they couldn't easily find the problem. They were so dedicated and spent probably 8hrs over a few days solving it for us. I really appreciated their determination to fix it instead of giving up. They're always willing to hear out our concerns even if the owner isn't going to authorize the repair. Overall,great people to work with. They feel like a very honest bunch.
We've had three managers over the course of a year, could be a pro or con, and all three have been great. While we plan on staying here a long while, I will say the move out looks fee heavy. They have you pay for professional cleaners and a locksmith to rekey the house. I would still recommend renting from them to others though.

I have rented with Logic for 5 years and I have never felt neglected as a tenant. Trynn is so prompt and always communicates to me about anything I need in the home. No one ever wants to have where you live be difficult and I have always felt like being a renter in the home I rent is an amazing place to live. Sheila who works in the office is extremely kind and makes you feel like you’re so important every time I call for anything. If you have the chance to work with this company don’t hesitate.

Logic has been great for me and my wife. I can't even start to tell you how understanding and patient they're been. I work for a company that does property maintenance and we do a lot of there properties. (Repairs & other handyman work) So that being said I see a lot of there places. 98% are really nice places. They really take care of there renters & the properties LOGIC, ITS THE ONLY LOGICAL CHOICE!!

Over the years, I was able to grow my portfololio with them and they have been managing my properties while I live outside of UT. What do I like about Logic Real Estate & Management?

1. Clear communication and timely response
2. Reliable management: good screening for good tenants then maintain them
3. Pleasant team to work with, good team! I believe there is a mutual respect which is very important.

I do recommend Logic Real estate team to anyone looking for both property managers and looking for rental.

When we arrived, we met the owner who gave us a personalized tour of the home. We knew we wanted the house, and Justin went above and beyond to assist us through the application process and beyond. Logic PM is an outstanding property management company. I made a transition several months ago from our prior Property Management company that had become too complacent – the transition to Logic PM could not have gone any better. Their services to me as a property owner (and to the tenants) have exceeded my expectations. Justin did an outstanding job during the transition, ensuring that no details were missed, including making sure the 2 vacant properties were rent ready in a very timely manner and ensuring that the properties were leased as quickly as possible with quality tenants (they undergo a rigorous screening process). Their contacts and relationships with maintenance and repair companies have made sure that issues are addressed quickly. The back office is also friendly and very helpful with any accounting questions or issues. I would recommend Logic PM, and specifically Justin, to anyone that is looking for a high quality and professional property manager.
