This review is strictly about their commercial design services. Please, please, please don’t use them for commercial work! It’s clear that’s it’s not their strong point! I had them do architectural designs for a commercial space. I won’t speak on the process of the drawings and what was needed prior(although that was abysmal at best), just the issues we are facing now. Toke was our architect and clearly had no experience with commercial design. We have had numerous issues with the actual designs she drew, being as they were wired for residential and NOT commercial. One example, she drew PVC tubing for an ice cream shop that uses cereal and other mix-ins. While this would have been fine for residential, this is absolutely horrible for commercial. We have had almost $20,000 worth of plumbing issues (due to our plumbing line being completely blocked with food) after having been open for only 5 months. This is due to the type of tubing she drew on our plans. According to several contractors, this line should have been copper. PVC is not adequate for commercial, they are for residential.

Second example, she drew for one socket to power an entire counter of items, which was not adequate and consistently set off our circuit breaker. She knew the power needed due to us providing a complete list of all the equipment that would be powered on our front counter. I would not recommend for commercial projects.
