Tori Lockard is one of the best realtors we have ever worked with. Moving from out of state is a challenge but when you have a realtor who not only has your best interest at heart but also steps up and is there when you can't be makes the process so much easier. Tori really went above and beyond to make sure we got the house by working tirelessly with the other realtor during a difficult appraisal negotiation; and found a surveyor for us when our mortgage company needed a survey at the last minute to close on time. Even after we closed she has been there for us helping us find companies for landscaping, driveway repair, a vet, hiking trails, amazing restaurants, and more. We are so thankful we got the chance to work with her and would recommend Tori and Lockard Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
