These people did not listen to us at all. When we rejected their plan which was $83,000 over our budget, they created a second"design" invoice to gouge us for more money. Terrible, unprofessional, indignant people. Avoid them unless you have money to throw away! Ask local builders their opinion of L&M Design for an honest evaluation
