Greg just helped us buy a house in North Phoenix. From looking for a house to closing, the whole process only took a month thanks to Greg.
I found Greg via his YouTube Channel “Living in Phoenix, Arizona”. When we decided to buy a house in Phoenix, I reached out to him and he was very prompt, knowledgeable, and patient when it came to answering questions and providing information/suggestions. Ever since I told Greg that my husband and I would have to travel internationally in a month and would like to find a house within that time frame, it sounded like mission impossible, but not for him. He was fully prepared to help us! He gave us a list of houses to review and took us to see 10 houses on the first day. On the second day, we went back to a couple of houses that we liked and picked the best one that fit our needs.
During the closing process, he was our eyes and voice because we live in Los Angeles, and being in a different state made it a challenge to be present for house inspections and buyer walks. Greg represented us for the inspection, the first and second buyer walks, and videotaped each of them for us to review. He also contacted the builder on our behalf to follow up with issues that popped up during the inspection.
We have bought and sold several properties in the past and Greg is the best real estate agent that we have ever had. His willingness to go above and beyond to help his clients and his interpersonal skills were outstanding. He is warm, genuine, very professional, and informative. We felt so fortunate to have found him and worked with him. We recommend him highly without hesitation.

We found Greg via his youtube channel as we were looking to purchase in the Phoenix area and what started a simple inquiry to better understand the area quickly evolved into knowing Greg would be the best person to help us accomplish this. He was great at helping us understand different parts of the city while pointing out both positives and negatives as well as where we were most likely to find the combination of parameters we had given him. Being remote, Greg was very gracious to tour and video homes for us that were on the short list. Once we moved to contract, he was open an honest about what was a fair price. He made multiple trips to the home to help us answer questions, shoot specific videos, take measurements, and serve as our eyes on the ground.

Most importantly to us, when Greg said he was going to do something, he always did it when he said he would. He called with every update and at the end of every week to check in, even if there wasn't an update to share. He never left us guessing as to a status of something or to the next step. He's a true professional, while being consultative, calm, and understanding.

A home purchase can be an emotional process at times so it's important to have someone detached that can help you see the process objectively and in perspective of the bigger picture. Greg was that person for us. We greatly valued his service and now consider him a friend.

My family was planning a move from UT to AZ, but knew very little of the Phoenix valley. From north to south Phoenix (including Ahwatukee) and Scottsdale, to Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert, Greg helped us explore many different cities and neighborhoods. We tried to fly down for an in-person visit at least 1x per month, but the rest of the time Greg would help us out remotely by recording video walk-throughs and providing feedback of houses we flagged. Greg also picked up on the style and feel of houses and neighborhoods we were looking for very quickly, so he was able to help identify (or rule out) certain areas, which was very helpful. While our search did take over 5 months (entirely due to just not finding exactly what we wanted), Greg never let up and was always open to discussing houses and in some cases, revisiting areas we previously excluded from our search. I cannot praise Greg's efforts enough as I'm sure I will fall well short of what he deserves. Thank you for all of your help Greg!!
