The whole process took about 3 months and throughout all of it, Lily expertly guided us through the treacherous waters that is the Bay Area real estate market. She took the time to explain the home-buying process to us and was always patient in answering all of our questions, whether they were related to inspection reports or potential renovation work. She always provided her honest feedback on any property we were interested in and never pressured us into submitting any offers. She often highlighted potential risks and issues that we, as first time home buyers, would have never considered, allowing us to make informed decisions. On a few occasions, she even advised us against making offers on the properties we were interested in due to defects/issues she noticed that she knew would be problematic down the line. We started our search in Hayward, but eventually expanded to include San Leandro and Castro Valley. Lily was very knowledgeable about all of these markets, and was also very accommodating in viewing properties at all of these places with us. We greatly valued her flexibility, and she was always just a phone call or text away. In fact, we submitted the offer on our house while she was on vacation in a different time zone. In this fast-paced Bay Area real estate market, time is of the essence and her professionalism and dedication to us meant that we did not miss out on our dream home.
