Amanda, the sales representative, exhibited an attitude that could be perceived as unprofessional and discouraging. We walk out of the appointment. She made comments regarding high interest rates, which have become the standard, and expressed concerns about monthly payments despite our anticipated range of $2,100 to $2,400. Additionally, I found it inappropriate for her to inquire about income and credit scores in a public setting with other potential buyers in attendance. Furthermore, she prematurely disqualified my client in front of others, stating that their income would not be sufficient.

So after living in my LGI home since 2018 bought brand new I have consistently had a mold and mildew problem. LGI had a dehumidifier put in which was not hooked up properly and caused more damage to my home. I have called and left message after message but nothing has come about it. I really do enjoy the neighborhood but to what extent especially when my wife is highly allergic to mold and mildew

My experience with LGI was overall positive. I was searching for a house for about two months before visiting LGI. Cesar was the one that helped me, and he was very patient and genuine. My real estate agent and I felt very comfortable because of him. He answered all our questions, and the sale process was relatively easy.

The houses are built very fast, so if you want to move in quickly, this is ideal. However, since it was built so quickly, there are some areas that need more work. The only real issue I had was that the time frame between the house being available for inspection and the closing date was about three days, which didn't give them much time to fix anything the inspector found. Definitely hire your own inspector, and make sure to mark any issues you find. They will come and fix any issues if you put in a claim or let them know what need fixing after you move in, but you'll have to physically be there. Overall, I've been in the house for about a month, and it's been nice so far.

LGI has no competition. I started home searching 2 weeks ago and didn’t have to look any further. All the guys were helpful but a special thanks to Cesar. He knows what he’s talking about (highly experienced) and he’s a great salesman. He places himself in a parent perspective to help other new parents like me make the best decisions for our kids. I've wanted to purchase my first house for a while and with the help of Cesar this became possible. Cesar guide me all the way through and I moved in less than 2 months. Ask for Cesar he is very knowledgeable even if you don't have the credit score know he will educate you on how to fix you credit in order to purchase your dream home

I’m here Writing this review because I took a visit from Katy Tx which is a 50 min drive in the rain. I finally arrived and talked with an African American guy with glasses I can’t remember his name but he came into place because Amanda was busy with a client at the time. I stated to the gentleman that it would be me and my boyfriend who is an Army veteran we’re looking to purchase. He did not let me look at the houses, I explained to him that my boyfriend was In Chicago currently. That still didn’t matter. I also told him that’s like going into a dealership to look at a car to purchase and not being able to look at it, touch it or anything. He stated to me that’s like driving a car that you are wishing for and you can’t take it home. All because he had no run my boyfriend information and credit. We both have investments properties and have sold and purchased homes. Also he said that my boyfriend may have child support, etc on his credit report so no I can’t take a look. My boyfriend wanted me to look and he would do the purchasing. Also, he did not know the garage measurements that I inquired about. My boyfriend wanted to make sure so his jeep that’s lifted would for sure fit. Today was a I was very upset and displeased with everything! We will no longer be choosing to buy from this community and will not refer to anyone for that matter! Very distasteful in my opinion and very poor professionalism!

Beautiful homes and great place to raise your children, very quiet area to live. The only thing I hate is the main roads getting to the area, The roads are so jacked up. I mean, for all the taxes they get, you would figure they would fix their roads. Potholes are everywhere on the highway trying to get to your homes. I know that with all the infrastructure they were given, the roads should not be so messed up because this is going to destroy people rides.
