Leticia, our trusted realtor and friend for over 10 years, helped us get our new home in Walnut Creek. It is with pleasure that my wife and I highly recommend The Almaro Team for your real estate needs! Leticia Almaro-Nicolini expertly represented us when we bought our San Francisco condominium. We faced a red hot market that included multiple cash offers over asking price for the condo we wanted to buy. Leticia offered us great advice on how much to offer. She also recommended I write a letter to the owners mentioning that I was battling ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. It worked! The sellers accepted our lower offer financed with a loan! Leticia's advice to write a letter prevailing on the sellers consideration of our struggles with ALS demonstrated her skill in negotiation.

Leticia is my go to Realtor for many years now. And honestly a person I can truly trust to take care my real estate needs. She has helped my Mom for many years rent and then sell our childhood home which was held so close to us and was hard to let go, but she was able to find a good Buyer to take over and care the home. A couple years later, I needed her assistance and reached out to her as my significant other and I were ready to move into a home together and she was able to diligently choose homes that matched our criteria every time we went out for a showing. Eventually, we got a 1 acre home with all the main criteria in which we were looking for. In this tough market, we couldn't image on getting it if it wasn't for her great negotiation skills with the Seller. The whole process went smooth and we had no stress about anything.
