I scheduled itself tour of their model homes online. I tried to get some additional information about the community through their website but there was nothing available. I reached out via the chat window on their website and got no response. I left multiple voicemails before I finally got a response via email. I asked specific questions about pricing, spec homes and available lots. They responded by saying they had availability but nothing specific. I sent out yet another request to get additional information and I'm still here twiddling my thumbs waiting for them to respond. They should either be more responsible and more professional or have sales people in the office to answer questions for prospective buyers

Not easy to be able to get into see homes, on Saturday we went and code access just kept saying submitting....

Went back Sunday,, code did not work, had to call for help on Sunday before gaining access. I would if just left myself but someone I was with wanted to see homes.

I know while we were there both days several people left as unable to gain access or did not want to go thru process to get in...I know this is a way for Lennar to save money and will say its due to COVID but other builders have someone on site to answer questions to help promote sales.

I am sure you have lost potential buyers this way.
