Great location in Santa Paula. Excellent Floor plans, very tasteful improvements and the "Everything is Included" is really nice, i.e., Smart Home features, Tesla Charger and Wall Power Pack, Granite & Quartz Countertops, GE Profile Appliances w/Refrigerator, Built in Stove Top & Oven/Range, Under & Over Cabinet lighting in Kitchen, Cabinets in Laundry, Soft Close Cabinets, Glass Shower & Tub Enclosures, and more. Homes on Checker Board back up to huge Green/Open Space - Park. Would be 5 Stars but HOA & Mello Roos really add a lot to Operating/ Ownership costs, like at least $600/Month.
Excellent Value compared to similar homes in Camarillo, Ventura, Santa Clarita, etc.

It's Lennar, sure it's all included but you have no choices which means you are paying for things in your home you don't want and you have no color or levels of quality to select. If I am buying a new home I want to make it my own and not have it look like everyone else's home.
