Stay far away from these shoddy built new homes!. Have only been in home 5 months and have a list of problems. leaky pipes, malfunction electric, continual power outages in numerous parts of home that's cause for concern and a potential fire hazard.
Broken major appliance. For the amount of money these homes cost the quality is well below standards. Appliances are cheap. broken dishwasher, the builder says deal with the appliance company then the appliance company say to deal with the builder. I really wanted to love this home but instead my dream home has become nothing but a nightmare. I would not recommend Lennar homes!

You WILL REGRET buying a home from these guys. Every house we looked at had major issues and was suppose to be "new construction" What a joke! Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else. They sell lemons not homes.

The homes are laid out very well but the contractors are awful! They do not take there time on anything. They leave A LOT of things messed up and when you put in work orders to get it fixed it goes unnoticed for months. We moved in at the end of November and did not receive the mirrors for our home until April after I contacted them for months.

This was my first home purchase and I am so disappointed with it. We have had so many issues with the house and every work order that we submit goes unanswered for MONTHS and when I contact customer service they tell me it’s not their fault, it’s the trade. Well if there was quality work done in the first place, I wouldn’t be having issues. Water has leaked behind the primary shower wall, all the grout seals have broken in kitchen and bathrooms, there is an unknown water leak in our front pathway that we are told is nothing to worry about but I don’t trust that given our other plumbing issues. The first month we lived here, the sewage line backed up twice through the entire house, graywater filling up the shower pans and bathtub due to construction remnants in the drain lines. Cabinets are cracked, paint on the exterior is extremely shoddy.
I regret buying this house.

I did a self tour of the model homes. The Next Gen feature of some models is appealing. I must say that I was disappointed in the attention to detail, In regards to build quality. (And this is the model!) I am sure the community will be nice once completed. But I think I will stay in my current 4 year old home.

Would avoid and Lennar home like the plague. You will be on the hook for anything their contractors mess up. With such a short 10 day notice, good luck getting back to them in time without the help of a lawyer. A huge headache and waste of time

Please beware of this company before you think about buying a house from them, this people is like a scam, they take the deposit to hold the house but they don’t return it for any reason they want to say, even if they don’t qualify you and then send you to another bank with higher interest, they refuse to return the earnest money no matter what, they don’t give you the interest promised, they put any excuse to do that, if there’s more people that see this review and same thing had happened to you, maybe there’s a lot of people being scammed from them, someone has to investigate this company.
