I hired Legacy Landscape and Design after seeing his work at multiple locations. His bid was fair. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. The nature of our work was to remove adobe planter that were built up to the building. Over the years the moisture was destroying the building and needed to be removed. His team showed up on time and finished on time. When they left the property was clean and power washed. I highly recommend the Legacy Landscaping team. Thank you for your professional work.

We picked Legacy Landscaping & Design (Isaiah and his crew) because he is prompt with his competitive price quote and digital layout design. I was able to communicate to our HOA committee for our landscape approval. He and his crew are comfortable to work with. We hand-picked our own design for our patio, turf and pavers. Also, his crew followed the pattern of the pavers that I chose and installed it correctly. Isaiah was very much open to any changes/ suggestions during our backyard construction. Thank you again for our gorgeous landscape of our backyard. It was an impressive job!

Isaiah and his crew did an excellent job in redoing an alleged French Drain inadequately performed by another unskilled contractor.
All I can say is this baby pulls the water from the backyard, down the side and to the front, leaving the surface and surroundings practically bone dry. I'll never have another flooding issue!

Where to start....? Isaiah came out with his wife, to give us a quote for putting in a section of artificial grass in our back yard, the beginning of May. On that day he gave us a quote and put us on his calendar for May 13. Oops... a couple days later, after we've signed...we called and were told May 13 would not work for them. One reason we selected this company was that Isaiah said the work would be done before May 20 (the day we needed it finished). So now we are on their calendar for the end of May. Oops...got moved again.....and again. So on our 4th start date.....the workers showed up. Nice guys. But not very neat. They completed installation in 2 days. But there were areas of concern that needed further attention. Several days after notifying Isaiah of our concerns, he showed up and asked what we thought of the job. We told him we were not satisfied with several areas--exposed seams, edging that was not satisfactory & several small scraps of grass were inserted into spaces where grass was not cut to correct size. He took pictures to show his workers and said he would have them on it right away. About 1 week later, they showed up with Isaiah to take care of the problem areas. Then we had to ask them to clean up the mess still not cleaned from the original inspection. Clean-up was better. Install was better. But we had to go out and spend another hour cleaning up even more from the install. (photos attached of some of the debris left in the cracks in our patio--not tough to sweep out--just takes time--and workers should clean up after) Grass looks good now and so are we are pleased with how it looks. But it should not take over 2 months to complete a 2 day job that was promised within 2 weeks of first meeting with Isaiah. And several days after this was all done & paid, we realized the installers had removed a block out of some of our landscaping--a ring around a tree--because it was easier for them to fit the artificial grass thru the space. They had no business removing something we already had landscaped & completed (at least not without our permission). Our fault for not noticing sooner, but didn't want to go through another hassle to try to get this remedied. Isaiah asked us to pay in cash. We took this to mean "not credit card" --which a lot of small companies are asking--or charging extra fee to do credit. So we gave him a check for downpayment. He told us he would prefer cash-cash for final payment. Said he likes to pay his workers in cash. We asked for written receipt. This seems odd to me. Do we recommend this company? Not really.

Isaiah and his crew did a great job on our yard! We just moved into a new build home and wanted to get a simple landscape design done quickly due to all the recent mud / rain. Legacy Landscaping was able to schedule us for the following week and finished up our yard in 3 days. Isaiah was very professional and knowledgeable with recommendations and design layouts. We would highly recommend their work; the dogs love their new yard too!
