Allan at LeClaire Architecture is an absolute joy to work with. He is super responsive and has great design / architecture ideas. His rates are reasonable, which is what we always aim for - not too high, not too low, so that everyone walks away feeling great. He is a great listener, he considers all possible scenarios, and is proactive about giving recommendations while taking into consideration time constraints, budgets, and neighbors.

I recommend Allan hands down. We have worked with him now on two projects, and we will continue to work with him.

I worked with Allan on a Spec house project for my empty lot in the beginning of 2022 , and he was great to work with. He understood exactly what i was looking to achieve. The floor plan he came up with was great and his design was beautiful. He was happy to make changes according to my notes, and needs and his response time was always quick. Unfortunately, the timing ,escalating material prices & interest rates on the rise I decided this was not a good time to to move forward with the build. I would recommend his services to anyone who is looking for any architecture and planning needs.
