The complex is nice but the lady manager is extremely rude!!! It’s not a good place to invite guests. If you have a dinner or event where more than one car will be arriving, the extra cars have to park all the way at the mall. Barely any spaces are provided for guest parking. The male manager is super nice but idk what’s wrong with the lady. She makes guests feel extremely restricted and unwelcome.

The management is not quite helpful. We had some issue of not getting their mail so they threw us out of the waiting list. We will be applying again. When we called to understand the problem better - they just put it on management. Also if you follow up with the email.. They don't respond. Call twice and get lucky if they pick up.

The people in the front office are very rude. I come to visit my grandma who lives in this community and they are very unprofessional and rude to the guest and the residents. This is Not a professional establishment at all. Since my grandma was a resident they have had a high turnover rate in their management. They are very rude to guest.

Affordable apartment complex across from the Great Mall and walking distance to Trader Joe's, VTA light rail and Milpitas Bart station.

HOWEVER, there are a lot of families living here with kids. If you are single I do not recommend this complex. As someone single with a dog, I feel out of place among kids, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. There’s a unwelcoming feeling of living here because of my lifestyle as a single male.

Leasing office doing nothing about noise neighbors. You can call security as many times as you want but result would be nothing. We will not stay here after the lease is over. DO NOT RENT HERE!
