Willis Long at Layton Surveys was so immensely helpful! We are looking to purchase a piece of land and with the paperwork was a survey that they did 2 years ago. When I said the address he knew the exact property and even updated the survey for me in a matter of minutes free of charge! Highly recommend this firm for all your survey needs. Trying to put a fence along our property line, and needed a quick confirmation on the appropriate public right-of-way offset that the County was unable to provide. Company wasted my time. Told me to send documents detailing a subdivision proposal and I did so. Then I never heard back from them and they never returned multiple phone and text messages. Rude people.
