Well planned housing development, 2 miles to the beach. Alot of park space has been dedicated

These homes currently range from low $800k to mid-$900k. The East Garrison homes just a few miles away (of similar square footage) cost $600k to high $700k. Not sure what constitutes such a big price gap between these 2 communities.

Nice new home development on old Fort Ord in what is now part of Marina California. Close to the beach and a short drive to downtown Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, and other peninsula sites. Less expensive than Silicon Valley but still priced reasonably high from the mid 700 thousands to the low millions.

"Not sure what constitutes such a big price gap between these 2 communities." The difference is called "mello roos" look it up and do a little research on what it is and how much $$ it cost over time.

Homes at Larkspur start in the mid $600's with no community and low Mello-Roos fees. Worth taking a look

Expensive homes. This community was intended for low income. I find it hard to believe that a family could afford half a million dollar home.

Ita pretty far from the sea to be called Sea Haven .... Also, not a gated community.
