I have been extremely fortunate to find Denise and Larson Design. She has been a complete professional helping me deal with a code violation with the city. I had become frustrated with another company as they did not communicate (I always had to call them) and were also trying to significantly overcharge for their services. Luckily, I finally gave up and stumbled upon Denise who was sympathetic and showed a willingness to want to help. That same day she was already working diligently on the issue, was contacting the city and others, and just getting things done. She not only took ownership but went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Her communication and genuine concern were appreciated and she made a very stressful situation just a whole lot better.

Denise was super helpful on our project - a large master bedroom/bath addition. I hadn't done any addition like this before, so it was great to have a guiding hand to help me through conceptualizing the addition, design, drawings, structural, and get us through the permitting process.

Denise has a very clear understanding and knowledge of the building codes and municipal regulations. So she suggested how I could maximize the options on design and utilize all the square footage on the lot since it's a pretty tight area on the lot footprint.

I am a developer and have come across some difficult architects in my time but Denise made the design development and permitting a relative breeze.
