My refrigerator leaked and destroyed my kitchen and basement. I texted the attached picture to UE of my kitchen demolished to a saturated subfloor, and said “I may need a new kitchen.” Two days later he showed up with a design for the new kitchen and told me that if we could order the cabinets quickly, Langley Remodeling could have it done by the end of October (this was on the 29th of September). They succeeded, beautifully. They are an amazing team — The designer who put together the beautiful design and revisions on their vacation, Starlyn for successfully managing the impossible timeline, and the beautiful craftsmanship of Juan, Luis, Eduardo and Balmore. I’m so happy to have this spectacular kitchen to host the holidays in.

Let me first start by saying if you are looking for a company to do a remodeling project, large or small, we highly recommend calling Langley Remodeling. We had an excellent experience from start to finish.

We moved into our home nearly 9 years ago with a completely unfinished basement, and we were ready to build our dream basement. We first contacted a contractor that we had previously used and whose work we were happy with but as circumstances would have it and several months later with no progress, we parted ways with him and began our search for someone new. After scouring the internet and reading multiple reviews, we decided on our top 3 companies to interview. In the end, we decided on Langley, and we are so happy we chose them.

From the very beginning, you feel like a valued customer. They responded promptly to my initial inquiry and later that evening we were talking to UE, the president of the company, about our project. UE was very friendly, patient, and transparent about how their company works and explained in detail their process from the design to the construction. We knew what we wanted in our basement, but it was the design where we most needed direction.

When UE first came out to our house, he spent more time than any of the other contractors we had interviewed going over our project and taking measurements, photos, and video of our basement. He promised one of his designers would be contacting us in a couple of weeks because they were finishing up other projects; however, Pinar, our designer, reached out to us within a week and immediately guided us, inquiring about our interests and style. She gave suggestions on how best to communicate our interests like sending her pictures and/or setting up a Pinterest board, which worked well for us. Throughout the design process, Pinar was patient, creative, and a pleasure to work with. If we had different thoughts about her rendering, she would be open to our ideas and would incorporate them into her design.

Construction began very soon after we agreed on the design and contract details. Our project manager Starlyn and assistant project manager Kenia were very professional and pleasures to work with. Starlyn was very patient with us and was at our job site practically every day making sure progress was moving along. As first-time customers and since the project was quite large, we were naturally a bit stressed about how things would go, but Starlyn was patient and understanding, and he would address all our questions or concerns as they came up. All the construction workers were Langley employees from the carpenters, plumbers, painters and electricians. We really did not interact with them too much but when we did, they too were very polite and professional. At the end of every day, my wife and I would look at the progress, and we could tell they were very skilled due to the quality in the craftsmanship.

I could keep going about how excellent our experience with Langley was, but I will let the photos of our project do the talking. Again, if you are looking for a contractor for your home improvement project, we highly recommend Langley!

*****And another bathroom done in less than a month with Langley Starlyn returned as our PM and absolutely killed it with Kena's help. This time we did a guest bathroom that was very tight and poorly laid out. Langley came up with some great ideas to make it feel much larger, created an awesome walk in shower for my aging parents and added all the little touches that made it feel so high end. Thank you Langley and Starlyn!

***Adding to this review. Langley is simply the best company I have worked with for any home improvement, ever. There needs to be another star available for companies like this. If you are not considering them for your home projects you are missing out. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Use them and be happy.

Anytime you hire a contractor you can be worried. We interviewed at least 5 different companies for a full remodel of our master bathroom. We decided on Langley after much discussion. Although we upped our budget so reality could match our expectations, we were not upset that we did. The results are stunning. The quality of the work is amazing. The customer service is fantastic. I judge service companies more on how they handle problems and the outcomes. Langley dealt with several problems (nothing major) gracefully and quickly. You are treated like a customer, you are treated with respect. The communication is amazing. I really cannot say enough good things. Specifically UE (owner), Starlyn (PM) Armando (assistant PM) and Nelson(master craftsman) were all on our project.
1) Hit budget perfectly- no surprises
2) Quality of the products exceeded expectations
3) Quality of work exceeded expectations
4) Hit our timeline (finished today, started around Nov 8th) We just asked please be done before Christmas
5) No complaints. None.
6) They gave us a complete virtual design, reality actually even looks better.

If you’re looking for a company to remodel your entire home, then call Langley Remodeling! They completed my home top to bottom, from the ceilings to the floors, the bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, basement… EVERYTHING. And when things had to be addressed, things were explained in detail, and discussed and quickly addressed. It was the best experience and I’ve had quite a few remodeling experiences in my lifetime. Thank you all, especially to Kenia our project manager! She rocks! As well as to Pinar for her designs, and Umut, and the rest of the crew!

Langley Remodeling did an entire kitchen remodel for us from design concept through completion of the kitchen of my dreams. I didn’t think I had the space to expand, but they came up with a beautiful design and made it happen; and it is stunning. The entire team worked seamlessly with the highest quality of work. We knew as soon as we met with owner, UE, that this was the company we wanted to have remodel our kitchen. He had great ideas and really knew so much about both design and construction. Langley Remodeling was referred to us by friends who had a bar built in their basement. I cannot begin to tell you how HAPPY we are with our experience with Langley Remodeling. From the very beginning Langley was professional and helpful. They made high quality 3D renderings for my kitchen, laundry room and 2 bathrooms - even though they knew it might be a while before I could get the bathrooms done. I must have changed my design for the kitchen and laundry room 8 times before we settled on the final design. Not once did UE lose his patience with any of my questions or requests, as a matter of fact I always got new renderings from the designer the same day - sometimes within the hour! The quality of the work is fantastic. I never had to worry that corners were being cut. I never had to worry about the crew being in my home without me watching over them. I never had that awful feeling like you are being taken advantage of that happens all too often when you are getting work done on your home! I highly recommend Langley Remodeling for any of your remodeling needs. I refer them to my friends and they will take care of all my remodeling in the future because I completely trust them and the quality of their work!

Our experience with Langley was amazing from start to finish. The crew was professional and extremely good at their trade. The project was completed in record time, the crew worked around the clock to make the deadline and got it done right before the holidays which was the best gift ever!
I can't say enough about UE, who put all the wheels in motion and helped me to choose some beautiful products for a spectacular laundry/mudroom and main master bedroom suite which includes a state-of-the-art bathroom. After purchasing our house a year ago, my husband and I decided that we were finally ready to replace the countertops and backsplash that did not fit our tastes (or the cabinets we had repainted). We reached out to 3 different contractors and firms to get quotes, and from the beginning Langley Remodeling was our first choice. They were able to send us a 3D rendering/mock up design of our kitchen just based on pictures and ideas we had forwarded along, as well as the most reasonable quote for time, labor and materials.

UE was incredible to work with - he absolutely understood our vision from the moment he stepped into the house, and helped us make the absolute most of our partial kitchen remodel. We didn't have to worry about buying our own materials - the Langley team handled everything, and completed the entire project within one week. The rest of the team - Starlyn, Nelson, Armando and Alease were absolutely top notch and kept us well informed at every step of the process.
