I would like to share the company is great to work with during the process of land survey. The only things is the cost that I disagreed with on the small lot. Due to the current encroachment they were unable to mark the land properly which is a reason to have the survey complete. Other than the cost I think this company is a winner and efficient.

Working with Landtek was really wonderful. They helped us through every part of our process from scheduling to property surveying to elevation surveying. They were detailed and thurough in their explanations and answered all our questions in a professional and responsive manner. They even sent us a laminated plat of our property. Requested a quote and provided more than enough information to provide a quote. I did not receive a quote because I did not provide my full address... 40 years in business and not even... Hi Ken, onsite labor for your 10,500 sf plot, 700 sf home, 200 sf garage, will be a minimum of $1,000,000, the site plan will be $1, any additional unforeseeable issues like the earth changing orbit could max out at $2...
