Landform Design Group was exceptional to work with!

We worked with LFDG to create a plan for revamping our backyard. We met with Jayson to discuss our wants and needs generally. We didn't have anything specific mind, just ideas. He asked many questions and really took time to get to know us and what we were hoping to create. He nailed it. He thought of every detail and allowed us to experience what the new backyard would feel like before the actual work began. We loved their process and felt our job was given the highest attention to detail.

The quality of their work and the attention to detail in the process were second to none. They were always quick and thorough in their responses to any questions we surfaced. Jayson's experience, expertise, and connections to experts in the industry were exactly what we were looking for. We would highly recommend them to everyone.

I was referred to Landform design group by a friend. I wanted to begin thinking about a project to add an exercise room into my backyard. Which started out as an innocent idea, turned into a fairly complex, almost 2 year project that included the planting of 85 trees and over 600 shrubs I could take hours going through every detail and every iteration. It all started with a single meeting when Jayson King came to my home to meet me what happened after that I can only describe it as magical now that the project is complete I can look back on the entire experience and tell you that it ended better than it looked at every stage from the plan through its completion I became more and more pleased and impressed with all of the design. I ended up building three separate buildings and added 1600 feet of living space. Every aspect of the job was top notch. Jayson connected me to an architect to help me , prepare construction drawings, but all of the inspiration came from Jayson. My yard was flat had only some old dying grass and some redwood chips. The previous owner put in so the weeds wouldn’t grow what you see today. Looks like there was no way for it to have started that simply I gave Jayson detailed instructions about how I did not want to remove anything that was living, it had been here before me. Jayson actually spent some time with my pets and seemed to be connecting to the space including them. When he. Presented me the original design, we barely moved off of it all the way through completion. He simply nailed it on the first try. He then proceeded to connect me to the landscape contractor and all of the different trades plumbers. Electricians concrete contractors everyone. He was had an interesting time right at the beginning of the pandemic, so it took a little long to get started from the time of the original planning to win the first Backhoe showed up at my house. It was about nine months the project took about 15 months to completion with all of the most find details being completed the summer of 2022. It’s taking me a while to write this review only because I wanted to wait until the end , I couldn’t be happier with my home and I am so glad that I met Jayson King to help me turn it into my own personal sanctuary. I can’t think of a higher compliment that I could pay to a landscape design architect bravo, Jayson King! And bravo landform design. Group. It’s been a pleasure watching this plan turn into my personal masterpiece.

Their inclusion of hardscape, outdoor living, outdoor lighting, and plantings is incredible. We couldn't be happier. Now we just need the snow to melt so that we can get to work! Landform Design Group has been absolutely phenomenal to partner with! We have nearly an acre of land and, starting from dirt, they have transformed our property into an incredible space. The team puts a lot of thought and time into their design, making it come alive for you far in advance of seeing it in real life. Each of the contractors they work with are highly professional and the materials they select are meant to last for the long-run. Guess what - LFDG doesn't need to put signs up in your front yard advertising - I share via word of mouth. The high quality outcome speaks for itself.

We initially worked with Landform Design Group several years ago and knew we were going to be happy with the end result from the very beginning. Jayson and his LFDG team were always responsive to our calls, texts, or emails to make sure our concept plans were moving in the right direction. Since we opted to not have LFDG install/manage the plan's installation , we have occasionally needed to reach out for recommendations on vendors. Each time, we have been met with a professional and enthusiastic response. LFDG was and continues to be great to work with and their willingness to keep communication open throughout the process was something that made our concept a reality.

I cannot even begin to describe how pleased we are with the design that LFDG created for our property. Jayson was very professional he listened to what we had in mind and then created an extraordinary plan beyond anything we could have imagined. Every level of detail was incredibly well thought out, from the grade to the plantings to the fact that I wanted fragrant plants near our living areas. They came out multiple times to measure spaces, drop off plan ideas, etc. And the overall design is jaw dropping, with friends, neighbors and those passing by constantly commenting on its beauty. I cannot recommend this company and specifically this team highly enough.
