Scott Daugherty- First time selling a home, I needed someone who is trustworthy, able to take charge and can guide me through the process. Scott was the second person I interviewed, I liked him right away because he is so easy to talk to. Scott is straight forward, honest and courteous. He meticulously explained the entire process of selling a home for me, along the way answering all our questions and addressing all my concerns with patience and fineness.
Scott went to work right away, telling me everything I needed to do to get the house ready for listing. I went to work to get his list done. He kept me informed when things change. I love how organized and transparent he is!

He is sensitive to my needs and limitations, and genuinely cared about my family's well being. He always returns our calls and responds to my text swiftly. And he made time to meet with me whenever I needed him.
My house was ready to be listed within 3 weeks and sold within 24 hours. I was beyond stressed and overwhelmed with how fast it was going, but thanks to Scott and his patience and straight forwardness he would calm me down and reassure me it is going to be ok and that I was doing great. I learnt so much from him through this journey. Bless his heart he had his work cut out for him dealing with me. We have had many laughs and memories in this short time together.
My relationship with Scott did not just end when the house was sold. He is still looking out for me, making sure when I am ready to transition to my new home buying in Colorado he will help me find the best realtor out there to help my new home buying be easy.
