It took my husband and I four months to find a house since we were in a hot market and competing with many people for similarly priced homes. Dang home flippers.
We probably ended up looking at 35+ homes between Utah and Salt Lake County. Kyle would always make himself available as soon as possible and never got frustrated with us if we didn't like a home for whatever reason.
I probably would have given up the house-hunting ghost after two months if it weren't for Kyle checking up on us and sending us suggestions.
Once our offer was accepted, it was nice that Kyle helped us sign early and even get the keys day of! (I may have whined a little about getting those two things).
Basically, if you want someone who will push to get certain aspects of a home looked at or taken care of, Kyle will do his best to get it for you.
