Its very nice place. Very good atmosphere and cool environment.we have single storey and double storey individual villas in this Krushi Defence Colony.The quality of construction is good when compared to other competitors.The only problem we found is that it is very low lying area.Last time when we had heavy rains, the colony was completely immersed in water. The water was flowing inside the villas for a couple of hours which has made a huge loss to assets like cars and other electronic appliances in the house.

Lot of land space has been wasted ,as they are not villas it can be constructed as apartments having opposite entries with buildings in between and roads on either sides. Considering the population growing circumstances in the country ,it is more safer and always better to construct high rise buildings all over ,as land is more precious in India. Play areas and Tot-lot areas should be planned and implemented in more numbers as we could hardly see them in this krushi colony . Coming to landscape and plantation , I would suggest to plant more number of usefull trees and plants than gardening for aesthetic purpose . These things if implemented and designed, purpose of colony residencies will solve and at the same time people living will enjoy and have a healthier lifestyle.
