Local Knowledge: We were specifically looking in the Martinez area. Kristina knew the changes in quality of neighborhoods and schools from place to place, and ultimately maximized the value of our purchase.

Process Expertise: Absolutely no loose ends and nothing unattended or unsigned at the end of our 25-day close.

Responsiveness: I don't think we have ever reached out to Kristina with a call or text and not gotten a response in more than a few minutes. She clearly prioritizes making herself available to her clients, both remotely and in person.

Negotiation Skills: Despite the sellers' demands of an ""as-is"" agreement, Kristina was able to negotiate a new water heater, among other things.
