Kris was very accommodating on times for showings, and even showed us a home more than once at our request She answered our questions quickly and handled all communication with the seller in a timely manner. She helped smooth over several issues that popped up during our buying process. She is very attentive to details and so sweet, she never made us feel like a question was silly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or agent! Kris did absolutely everything right! She listened to everything I said I was looking for and she NAILED IT!! She answered all my questions and when I was interested in some properties SHE WAS THERE ASAP! Checking it out, taking videos to send me, it was awesome. She left me a nice little care package as a home warming and it was a pleasant surprise. I couldn't have asked for anything more than she provided, which was EVERYTHING! She works extremely hard so please don't waste her time. Good luck finding your place! 🙂

We can’t say enough about our experience with Kris Turner and her husband, Royce. Relocating to Arkansas from Texas, we had very specific wants and needs in our next home, but it was not always easy or doable for us to hop in our car for 5-7 hours to see a new listing. Sometimes the homes we were interested in were not even close to Heber Springs, Team Turner’s home base. Kris and Royce always found a way. They would tour the home and provide video so we could see it. During the video, they would focus on the things they knew were important to us. Kris would even drive through areas hoping to find a home we might like. Kris was exceptionally prompt to reply to questions and concerns. Kris and Royce are experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and professional - willing to go the “extra mile” (literally and figuratively). We would highly recommend Kris and Royce Turner for your next real estate need!

Kris was super helpful in our property search. We live out of town, so it required some creativity to try and find something. Kris lent her expertise with the area and her time taking photos/videos to help us make a good decision.
