Communication from Heidi and her team was seriously lacking. The agent at the open house was cold and unwelcoming, and it felt like they didn’t want to be there at all. After submitting our offer, we received confirmation it was received—but then heard absolutely nothing. No updates, no courtesy follow-up, and not even a basic heads-up that they had accepted another offer. The complete lack of professionalism and transparency made this a frustrating and discouraging process.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with Heidi or her team.

Shannon assisted us in finding a new home in Westminster. We are moving from Minneapolis so she provided great insight about the market. She guided us in structuring the offer so that it would be as strong as possible. Ultimately, our offer was accepted rather than another offer at a higher price because of the strength of our offer and Shannon's professionalism.

She then guided us through the inspection process and identified inspectors for us and helped coordinate the process. When issues arose with the inspections, she guided us in identifying the corrections and then handled the negotiations with the buyer so they would make the corrections. She then followed up to make sure the corrections were properly completed.

Our offer included a fairly short time to close, so Shannon referred us to a loan officer who she trusted and knew would be able to get financing completed in a timely fashion, which they did.

Finally, we made the offer on the home, without seeing it. Shannon gave us a detailed view using FaceTime before we made the offer. She was our eyes and had learned our tastes, by previously looking at properties together. It was perfect.
