I can not say enough about Kr Elite ! Tyler , has been my property manager in a home I rent for close to 4 years. He’s been a GREAT property manager , always responds immediately when I need to get in touch with him for any reason. Him and the staff there are excellent to work with and truly care about their tenants and the properties they manage. I’m so happy I found this company to rent from and I highly recommend them for your rental and property management needs!

KRElite has patiently worked with us to not only find the home we've been wanting but also sell our current home and due to their excellent work ethic and prompt execution they made it all happen. I'd recommend them to everyone I know. Kathryn has gone above and beyond for us. Her knowledge and professionalism are outstanding. Buying and selling a house is stressful enough but she really made it a breeze.

The property manager Tyler is a liar and not to be trusted. I had a showing scheduled for 11:00 am, I show up 10 minutes early, wait for 15 minutes and give them a call. He tells me he "didn't have it scheduled in his calendar" and blamed the woman I talked to on the phone who scheduled the showing for me. He says he is on his way and will be there in 10 minutes, 20 minutes go by and he still hasn't shown so I leave feeling cheated and lied to. I show interest in another property of KR "Elite" Real Estate and Kathryn informed me that he told her that "My property manager's phone was having issues and the appointment reminder did not come up" which is completely different from what he told me. Tyler will lie to you, he will lie to his co-workers, this company is not to be trusted.

After being told that we owed for September 2016, and almost have that paid off, my husband was told we owe $900 for October after paying the full $1,025 for the month of October! Cooking the books to get more money out of tenants is not cool! The money pit that is K&R Elite has me on the verge of contacting a lawyer. I had informed Tyler for 3 years our refrigerator NEEDED to be REPLACED, and he simply called Appliance EMT for repairs. I got tired of repeating myself so I replaced the refrigerator myself much to the irrigation to Tyler. Our fence is sinking, our dogs can jump the fence but I am told that the fence is NOT DETRIMENTAL TO OUR LIVING CONDITIONS........ ALTHOUGH BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE TOLD HIM THE PEOPLE BEHIND US ARE TORMENTING OUR DOGS TO GET THEM TO JUMP THE FENCE TO ATTACK THEM SO THEY CAN BE ORDERED PUT DOWN!!! I have a friend who is a real estate agent for ReMax, and said that if she did what Tyler is doing she could lose her job. Nice to know that K&R Elite "cares" about their tenants.
