Josh did an excellent job inspecting my house structure, crawl space, and property drainage. He was very professional and thoroughly answered all my questions. Before Josh visited I wasn’t sure where to start; I had sagging floor joists, water pooling in the yard and crawl space. I also didn’t know if house foundation was secure. Josh and the Knoble engineering team provided explanations, a thorough breakdown summary of each problem, and recommendations on companies to hire for resolution. I have used Knoble 2 times (Chad Acheson). Most recently he reviewed structural conditions in a house that a relative was contemplating purchasing. I found that Knoble was prompt and knowledgeable in assessing the conditions in question and providing a report of findings and recommendations in clear language. I needed a site plan for constructions at my house. I have dealt with multiple companies that over promised and under delivered. Knoble Engineering was the opposite of that. Not only did they provide me with exactly what I needed, but also followed through with the municipality we were working with to make sure everyone’s concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. Our sunroom was in bad need of new support and I was referred to Josh Young with Knoble Engineering. He did the initial inspection and pointed out what we would need to do to properly support this sunroom. I also wanted lattice work removed and the bottom of the sunroom enclosed.
Jessie was the project manager and he was very professional and he and his crew did a great job on adding the proper support and enclosing of our sunroom. Jessie kept us posted on the progress of the job as it moved along. I was really impressed with how Jessie worked with and led his crew.
We are totally satisfied with the repair of our sunroom and the attention we received from Jessie.

Chad was very thorough and helpful on his inspection. Within a few moments on site he had a theory on the problem, which was correct, but I really appreciated that he walked me through every detail explaining why we had the issues and what we could do to fix it. At the end of the inspection, he answered absolutely every question I could think of asking. Even though it was bad news, I’m sleeping better at night after having him out to look at things and now thoroughly understanding what has gone wrong.

A week after calling, Jesse came out, explained what the team would do, provided a quote, and the team replaced a damaged strut in the attic. The work was efficient and Jesse took the time to show what was done after the fact. Great team, good looking work, and hassle free scheduling and communication.
