I couldn't be more grateful for Shaina, the realtor I worked with, who found the house I wound up buying and convinced me to look at it even though I had misgivings. She was totally right, and the house is perfect for me and was a price I felt really comfortable with. Through the whole process Shaina was patient and listened to what my specific needs and wants in a house were and made what could've been a really stressful process honestly really fun. She was super on it and responsive and walked me through all the steps so that I actually understood what was happening. Everyone keeps telling me what a bad time to buy a house it is, but it really didn't feel like that working with Shaina and Keller Williams.

Shaina and her team did an amazing job helping me find my first house! She began working with me in fall 2022 despite knowing I wasn’t looking to put out my first offer until around May-July 2023. It was my first homebuying experience so she really broke down the steps to get listings that fit me and the whole process. There was always a quick response time, genuine care and advising throughout the whole process which ultimately led to putting my first offer in a few days after moving back to state and the whole process went quickly after that. Shaina has a strong network, which allowed for what felt like quicker communications from lender, seller realtor and all around. She also completed all required paperwork asap, which proved to be a big advantage in my scenario working with her. Highly recommend and ended up closing a day early!

Philip and team were amazing collaborators during the recent sale of my house. From the pre-listing meetings, to the sales / showings / negotiation process, to closing, I felt like I was dealing with an attentive and knowledgeable team of pros who listened and paid attention to my unique circumstances. Also, they were helpful and compassionate about all the little details that come up when one is selling a beloved home of many years. While I was going through the sales process I was traveling internationally, yet somehow all the emails were answered without a hitch, and most days Philip and April gave me the impossible impression that I was their most important client. Philip is very experienced in the local market and helped me to achieve full price and over full price offers. With a few last minute suggestions about staging, and with great photography, my home looked perfect and it sold quickly. All team members worked together seamlessly!

Loved working with Erica! She understood that I wanted to not be super involved... just wanted it sold. She did just that! She sent me weekly emails with updates and her positive outlook had me hopeful! She got an offer on Christmas Eve and we closed on it yesterday- Jan7! It was a smooth and easy process! Jake Massog was our realtor and was extremely attentive and on top of our entire transaction. He even caught a few extra things in closing that saved us some money! He was easy to work with, always available, and knowledgable. The rest of the staff once we moved toward closing was awesome! They basically held our hand through the entire process step by step so that nothing got looked over and communicated with our bank and title company to make sure everything ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend Jake and his staff—we’ll be back for our next property!
